Corona Virus Update
We are happy to say that we will be re-opening on Saturday 4th July.
Due to the current circumstances, we have changed our opening hours temporarily to the following:
Tuesday: 10 am - 4:30 pm
Wednesday: 10 am - 4:30 pm
Thursday: 10 am - 4:30 pm
Friday: 10 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday: 10 am - 4:30 pm
When entering the shop we ask that everyone please use the hand sanitiser provided to help keep everyone safe. It is also advisable to do this when you leave. It is extremely important that customers respect the social distancing guidelines from the government. There will only be 4 customers allowed in the shop at any one time so we would ask that you have a list or come in knowing what you are looking for to help reduce queuing time for customers. We hope you are as excited as we are for the re-opening of our shop and we look forward to welcoming all of our lovely customers back. It's been a long few months!
Here at The Witney Sewing & Knitting Centre we are gearing up for another busy year of crafting.
We have recently seen on the news about the mental health benefits that crafting has on people. Our customers will agree that sewing and knitting is very therapeutic for them. It helps keeps the mind and body active.
We are having regular fabric deliveries so we can offer you a wide variety of quilting and dressmaking fabrics including Liberty, Tilda, William Morris and Moda ranges.
As well as Sirdar and Rowan wool we also now stock a small range of
West Yorkshire Spinners wool.
By the way, we love to see all your completed projects so please bring it in to show and tell or post a photo on Facebook/Instagram for us to admire.
Please do get in touch if we can assist you with any sewing, quilting, knitting, crochet or sewing machine technical query.
All the best from
Julie, John & The Team
